I have recently lost all of my thumbnail sketches for my MATERIALS. I am using SK2017 Pro. I have the latest update. This is happening in models that were created before this issue started happening and a new model which I am now working on.
Can anyone offer guidance on a fix or reason for this situation?? Is there a “reset” procedure?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is impossible to apply the correct materials to my model surfaces.

Please note that I can see the pop-up text for each material in the Library…and once I click on a specific material it will show up in the upper Material Thumbnail window…but why are all of my Library Thumbnails blank (white) ??
I’ve encountered the same issue, as a workaround, select the Color Wheel, and change the brightness of the colour. Then select ‘Reset Color’ to get it back to the way it was.
Unfortunately I don’t know of any way of fixing all the colours in the materials list. If I encounter the issue again, I will try to find a solution.
