No icons on the left in Trimble Connect Viewer

I can’t see the icons on the letf in the Trimble Connect viewer in Safari (Mac Sonoma version and Ipad version)

Safari:

Chrome:

Neither can I in Safari and Chrome (IOs Version)

Does it happen to anyone else?

I see the same thing. In Safari there are a lot more errors in Console, there’s only a couple of errors in Chrome.

Could you report the problem?

I’m afraid that reporting the problem has been to no avail. At least you checked the problem, the support department must have thought that I had no idea and gave me the following solutions…

  1. Please clear your browser cache and cookies. Detailed instructions for common browsers can be found here: How to Clear Your Browser Cache & Cookies: On Any Browser

  2. Try an “incognito” or “private” browser

  3. Try a different browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

I made sure this got reported directly to the Trimble Connect team. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. This does seem to be a consistent issue in Safari regardless of the account or computer. For now I would recommend a different browser.

Any Update? Trimble Connect is unusable in Safari…

This is now resolved. It should be working.
