Hey Gents and Ladies I really need help, I drew a house for a client just to see what the exterior would look like but now she wants to see the finer interior details , firstly I did not group my items correctly and would like to know what is the best way to go about it.
Secondly I cant get a blank canvas on my floors , even if I copy floor and past in place , the floor lines still appear to show

Start from learn.sketchup.com and learn the basics of SketchUp.
The simplest would be to start from 0, to model and group each constructive element (walls, floors, doors, windows, etc.), for each individual floor. Assign tags for visibility for every group/component.
Start from the origin point (0,0,0)
Delete everything you imported from 3D Warehouse. Purge the model.
