New to SU, trying to make a window and just cant figure it out (Loft/extrude issue)

trying to loft between 2 shapes or extrude along path, I imported a model from vectorworks and the window curves were all janky so its just this part I need to fix

cant add pics as a new user…! anyhoo if you imagine the front face is a rectangle with a rounded top and the back is the same but smaller and I need to create a shape between the 2
