New Sketchup for public schools

On both a laptop and a Chromebook, this app is asking the user to sign in using their GSuite account. I checked with our technology department and all District accounts are linked to the Google GSuite, so this should work in theory. They suspect that since Sketchup for Schools is still considered a beta version, it may not be opened to our district accounts yet. Is there anything else that needs to be done to secure the Beta for SketchUp for Schools?

Hi Andy,

An administrator for your district’s G Suite for Edu account (probably someone in your technology department) will have to enable SketchUp for Schools before you can access it with your district account. There is no cost for them to do so, and there are instructions to walk them through posted here.
