I see no image in your post.
To upload a file, use the 8th icon from the left in the set of icons that you see over the message window.
Iâm trying to figure it out myself, it doesnât work out.
This looks like a spiral or helix around a sphere.

I used the plugin in the following SU file. Click in sequence on the scenes tabs.

Notice that I used meters instead of millimetres to avoid face creation problems with tiny edges. You can scale it down if you want.

And how to increase the volume of the rod?
Use a larger diameter for it. You specified d = 17.5 mm and this is what I used to draw the small circle. Use whatever you want.
