Every time i try to scale this it come up with that crease thats connected on the fins or shades and its super annoying, I’ve tried deleting it, but it deletes the whole entire surface

Try to work correctly in SketchUp and create each element of the construction as a group (component if it repeats) and you will avoid such situations.

As @mihai.s wrote, you need to work correctly using groups and components to prevent all the geometry merging together.
