Need Access to “Manage Content” for Batch Uploads – Manufacturer Catalog

Hi everyone,

I work with a furniture company and we’re currently working on publishing our product catalog to 3D Warehouse. We’ve already uploaded 138 models, but we have over 1,300 SketchUp files to publish in total, so we need to streamline the process through batch upload using the Excel spreadsheet method described in the official help docs:

We recently purchased a SketchUp Pro subscription, but we still don’t see the “Manage Content” option in our account, which is necessary for the catalog tools and batch uploading.

Could someone from the SketchUp team or the community please clarify:

What type of account do we need to enable the Catalog Management features?
How do we apply for a manufacturer account with access to batch upload?
Is this available only to “3D Warehouse partners” or managed separately from the Pro subscription?

Hi Danielle!

Bulk upload is currently limited to 3D Warehouse Organization (Org) accounts. Org accounts are not tied to any level of SketchUp subscription but they are free for manufacturers. I can help you get set up. Look for my DM.
