I purchased Sketchup Pro 2016 license for one PC and that computer crashed and burned. I’d like to move the software to my new PC but the license will not let me. I am retired and only purchased it so I could export DFX files. Is there any hope for me avoiding the $600 renewal fee? I am just a retired hobbyist who wants to use the program I paid for and cannot. HELP. I actually purchased Sketchup Pro 2015 and received a free upgrade via email to Sketchup Pro 2016 and have the email and license number. Is there any hope???
