My face won't close... please help!

Hi!

I have a problem with my Sketchup model and after so many hours spent on trying to figure out what the issue is, I am desperately(!!) hoping that someone can help.

I have created a round building (office) and I can’t seem to get my face to close. More specifically, I want to close the area where the trees are since this is an outdoor area and therefore, it should not have the same floor as the indoor area. I have tried everything but I don’t know what the problem is.

I have attached the Sketchup file for reference.

If someone can take a look at it, I would be so grateful!

Before moving forward with the project, go to Campus - learn.sketchup.com and learn the basics - groups, components, and tags.
It will help you draw correctly and avoid such problems. Now, you have everything as loose geometry.
Group each element of the construction, as they are in reality - walls, floors, etc…
