Moving TAGS into Tag folders causing software freeze

I am re-posting so my issue, hopefully it it is easier to understand.

When I try to organize TAGS into folders, the software freezes. I am able to organize the TAGS within each folder if I set up the TAG/folder structure in advance, but I am unable to move TAGS between folders during the project. I have tried this with an “empty” file (no geometry, components, groups etc) and the result is the same.

I re-installed the software as “Admin”, this did not help. I am running ESET virus software, everything seems clean. Perhaps I need to do a more thorough “un-install”? Not sure how to do that.

Computer is I5 with 32GB ram.

Has any one experienced this? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I’m working on a couple different software projects. The issue is that I cannot nest the tabs into groups. I can nest them if I do this as I set up the tab/group structure in advance, but if I try to organize the tabs later, I run into issues.

Can you record a video of what’s happening as you try to drag tags into tag folders?
