Moved drawing axes but tools seems to still be aligned to the previous location

Hi Sketchup team,

I am redrawing the model I made of our future house after doing the training that was suggested by this team here. I learned so much.

Now I rotated my drawing axis to match orientation of the house on my Geo Location. However, My tools, espacially rectangular tool, seemed to still be aligned to the previous orientation.

How do I correct this?
