'More then one user found with the provided email address'

when adding a user to our 3D Warehouse.

We receive the error:
“More than one user found with the provided email address”

somebody know how to fix it?

1 possibility is that the user has managed to create multiple TIDs with the same email by using the apple/google/Microsoft sign in options and the standard email/password sign in - this happens fairly frequently in my experience.

They need to find the extra one and delete the account via myprofile.trimble.com or perhaps they could contact support directly
