Hello, I am new to SketchUp but have created a few models using the Free web version but they do not display at all in Viewer on iOS mobile. I see the files through my Trimble Connect folder and can select and open them from the Viewer and see that the file sizes are same as the web browser versions, however once opened the model is empty with the axis and man just as for a brand new model. Is this a common / stupid error perhaps I have to render the models first as so for I am just playing around with wireframe type shapes.
