I have this image in my head I can’t get rid of, Tyson standing in the corner swinging his pendulum and very slowly moving his arms in a clockwise manner. I won’t mention the bonging.

You can always replace a brain worm with an earworm. The only way to fight an earworm is to replace it with another less pernicious. I use “Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme” by J.S.Bach.
