Model under maintenance?

For those who are using the Gaussian Splatting plugin frequently, are you aware or have you ever seen the message "model under maintenance" as per screenshot below?

I edited a splat yesterday and loaded it as an LCC2 file, positioned it where I needed it around my SketchUp model, then created a small extract and saved the file as a Sklat. This morning when I opened the file again, the file name and location link was visible in the Splat Manager but the splat did not visually appear in the 3D model. After 10 or 20 seconds of orbiting through the model and trying to click my way through the Splat Manager, this message appeared.

the plugin requires a valid connexion, I guess the server on trimble’s end is busy ?

Trimble tend to do maintenance on (their) sunday night, that’s our monday morning. it won’t appear on the status page, because it’s not technically a problem.

Thanks Pierre, I started work on another model 30 minutes later and the extension is working again. I will keep in mind on Monday mornings that this might happen every now and then.

This message is normally seen if you open the Gaussian Splat Generation webpage. Are you using a (closed) beta version of the extension?

Thanks @Jacques . As a point of urgency I will make sure that we update all plugins to the latest public versions.
