Model objects Shift when grouping or pasting in place

Hello all,

I am having a very strange problem that I have never come across in my 12 years of using sketchup. When I group items in my model or try to paste them in place into a new file, they shift. In the images you can see the before everything is lined up as it should, but in the after you can see many items have shifted to the left. This also happens if I try to copy the items out of the current file and paste in place into a new file. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

In the original model, have you moved the model axis? If you right click on the model axis does the reset option show up?

Thanks for the quick reply! I did not but it came from a client who built the model. And yes when I right clicked the axis it showed that I could reset it, so I reset it and BINGO!! Works fine now, thank you so much! I could not find this answer in any of the other topics but it was such a quick and easy fix. Thank you very much!
