I have no idea if anyone here is in a position to correct this but I just noticed it.
The text that shows in the message window before you type anything, to help you understand what to do it incorrect.
The Upload icon is neither 7 from the left or right. It once was but not now.

Good catch, no wonder some people get confused about uploading files.
