Memory Error When Installing SketchUp on Windows 7 Laptop

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to install SketchUp on my Windows 7 laptop, but I keep running into a memory error during the installation process. My laptop has 4GB of RAM pc4 23400 HYNIX HMA82GR7DJR4N-WM, and I’ve made sure that there is enough disk space available. However, every time I attempt to install the software, it throws an error related to memory.

Has anyone else experienced this issue on Windows 7? Are there specific system requirements or steps I should follow to avoid this memory error? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Your profile says you are using “Free Plan” SketchUp 2023. SketchUp 2023 does not support Windows 7 so it’s no surprise that it’s giving you an error. You need to use a supported operating system.

You put Free Plan in your forum profile. Does that mean you are using a cracked version of SketchUp?
