Error: Your computer's system RAM is [your RAM]. SketchUp requires 2GB or more of system RAM. I have 16 GB of RAM. What is the problem?

How come Sketchup Checkup say that I have no RAM when I have 16 GB on my system?

Did you install SketchUp and ChuckUp by right clicking on the installer and choosing Run as administrator? If not, you should and then repair the installation.

It’s worth noting that CheckUp exposes a bug in the Windows utility that reports graphics RAM so don’t pay any attention to what it says about that.
