For some reason the original Medeek Truss thread has been closed and I have been unable to get the server admins to open it back up again, so I’ve created this new thread (topic) to post new development updates and related comments for the Medeek Truss extension.
This update is per customer request:
Version 3.7.6 - 01.07.2026
Added an offset parameter for coffer trusses (non-raised heel only).

usually you can ping or mp @colin @TheOnlyAaron or @Missa_g for thread related issues.
Maybe they can merge with the old one
You adjust the cladding material in the advanced settings within the edit menu. Right click on the roof assembly to access the edit menu.
The wall cladding cannot be adjusted per side, so you will need to manually adjust this within your model.
Please see additional tutorial videos here:
Also lets try to reserve this thread for developments and feature requests. If you have tech support questions please feel free to email me directly.
Version 3.7.4 - 12.23.2025

I seemed to be able to do those things. If you’re happy to keep adding to the October 2015 topic, we could close this new one.
No idea why the old topic was closed.

Topic closed, go here for Medeek Truss things:
I’ve recently started working on a plugin for generating truss geometry in SketchUp.
I’m still getting used to the API and its features. Is it just me or does the interface have a dated look in windows? Maybe it is just my classic theme.
I’m looking for ideas and suggestions on how to improve this new plugin. Typical output looks like:
