I have a problem when creating a rectangle. The measurement-tool - I cant put in the dimension. It´s locked.
How do I fix that ?

What do you mean by “It’s locked”?
Do not click in the ‘Measurements’ field. Just start typing at the appropriate time to override what is shown in the field and then [Enter].
You might try entering values separated by a comma and with a dot as decimal seperator.
Example: 7.45m, 6.15m [Enter]
Because you ‘locale’ uses ‘,’ as the decimal separator [nits!]
You must use a “,” as the decimal separator
You must use a “;” as the value-separator
So in your case:
7,45m;5,99m
For everyone else in the civilized world:
7.45m,5.99m
