"Manage Activations" Doesn't work

Since re-installing my OS after some hardware upgrades I can not get past the “You have exceeded your allowed activations” screen.

It says" To continue, please sign out of another instance of SketchUp, or use the link below to sign out of all versions you have authorized in the past. Then, click the profile icon above to sign out and try again."

When I click the “Manage Activations” button there doesn’t seem to be anywhere I can see another machine on my license.

Any ideas?

Please have a look at https://help.sketchup.com/en/admin/deauthorizing-devices - it shows all the steps required to find where the deauthorize function is hidden away!
