Make a surface out of imported drawing lines?

Hi!

I have imported a 2D drawing into Sketchup. Usually I fill in all the lines to create surfaces to pull up but I wonder if there’s an easier way to convert lines to surfaces and to draw up the walls right out of the drawing?
I would like to just import the drawing - make a magic touch - and the just push/pull the walls!

Can someone help me?

No magic today, and you can’t convert a line to a surface (they’re two completely different animals). You can, though, get a plugin that will make a face wherever your imported geometry will support one.
