Hi,
I’m trying to render a model from Sketchup Pro using the Trimble Connect Visualizer extension. I am using this process to create a simple animation (just new parts appearing in each image) so it is important that the same field of view from Sketchup is maintained when i export to Visualizer, however this is not happening and the field of view is being reset in Visualizer.
I have previously been able to do this without any issue and Visualizer has maintained the field of view from Sketchup, but this has stopped working and I can’t figure out why the view is now being reset every time I export.
Any advice on how to fix the issue would be greatly appreciated.
