Lost designs

I have lost all my designs. Tried logging off and back in, nothing but a empty Sketchup folder

Are you signing in with a Google account? Is it possible you have multiple Google accounts logged in?

Neely might have a problem sending you a Direct Message as it usually takes several posts before the forum software lets you send Messages.

Thanks, I didn’t realize that. I direct messaged instead. Can a new user respond to a DM? I’m not sure.
