Kimberly,

It would be easier to do an accurate model of the chair if you could provide a copy of the fabrication drawing … or at least dimensions for the tube steel.

Regardless, here’s a quick SketchUp model of the chair. The seat is a single SketchUp group … so the seat can be “re-colored” at will in SketchUp simply by “painting” it with a different color/texture.

Meanwhile, how do you intend to use SketchUp models of furniture?

Is RLQ Designs doing SketchUp models of complete interiors for clients in the restaurant, retail, commercial and hospitality industries? … and you want to be able to furnish/stage the models for your clients? I ask because the intended usage for a furniture model can impact the complexity of the model and level of detail required.

Let me know if you would like for me to do a SketchUp model of the matching barstool for you.

Kimberley,

Glad the model is sufficient for your needs.

Meanwhile, here’s an updated version of the SketchUp model of the Lancaster chair … as well as a model of the Bar Height Lancaster Chair that you requested.
