Looking for freelancer in Dallas/Ft Worth - steady stream of wine cellar projects

We design and construct wine cellars across Texas. Looking for local freelancer to support design needs.

  • Create wine cellar plans/designs including framing, wall preparation, mechanical, electrical, lighting, glass, interior finishes and millwork

  • Generate plans, elevations, submittals, specifications and presentations in compliance with construction, architectural an interior design standards

  • Create and maintain a library of objects and components for use in design/construction documentation

Open to hourly and/or per project arrangement. Looking for ongoing support for about 100 projects a year.

I noticed you didn’t get any hits on this post. Are you still looking for someone? If so, are you open to an out of state freelancer working remotely? Have many years of experience in building millwork and cabinets and a decades worth of design and production drawing experience. Have a full license of Sketchup Pro and lots of examples should you need to see them.
