Looking for advice on making this 3D model a solid for printing purposes

Hello, I am having some trouble making my 3d model a complete solid. I was able to fix most of the issues, however, Solid Inspector says I have 567 external faces showing. The only solution Solid Inspector shows me (and that I have been able to achieve through my own experimenting) is completely deleting 90% of the model. If anybody has any advice or solutions to my problem, that would be greatly appreciated.
