Looking for a way to create/Bake Ambient Occlusion on the textures in the model, that can be exported to 3D model
Using the model for flight sim and need to find a way to bake ambient occusion onto the textures so that the AO exports with the model and retains the AO in the textures in the simulator
Any advice here will be awsome!, thanks for reading!

For a start, take a look at LightUp and also Twilight Render. I think they can bake it back into the model. How appropriate their various output quality (etc.) is for your use is something you would need to investigate and decide on.

There are others that do AO, but I don’t know if they bake it back into the model.
