Longtime SU Pro user-account upto date 2024 Pro-I sign in for SU assets but SU goes to Trial!

I’m a longtime user from SU launch and very experienced. I’m in the middle a large project. On startup this morning I got the Trimble “Sign into use SU assets…etc”. I did this, got the go ahead but my version of 2024 Pro isn’t starting normally but goes to “Start Trial”. I checked my subscription and it’s good. I tried to call the support number but no one there.

I’ve had the issue of Trimble requiring a sign in before and that’s really annoying but this is ridiculous! I have to catchup with my project right now! Any kind of help is appreciated-Gary

I had the issue this morning with a colleague. His licence was reassigned to someone else, just like if there had been a roll-back cause I moved it onto his computer last week.
All I had to do was getting back into the admin Account to release the licence from one user to another.
Perhaps you’re experiencing the same issue
