Start free trial appear, logged out, signed in, blank screen

Can’t access SU. Have been running since 7AM, went to open a new file and cannot get into program. Login worked fine on chrome, SU splash screen shows my account as logged in, but will not move forward.

UPDATE:

Went to my account Admin console. It is showing NO PRODUCTS in Trimble Admin, original my product section, new my products page, or license manager.

I should have three SU pro licenses and 1 Studio license. Does anyone know if this is AWS related, or if there is some workaround while this gets sorted out? I am under crunch time in a big way right now. When I tell my business partner that I can’t keep working right now, I’m dead meat. Please help fast.

I don’t know. I have asked Support to check this topic.

Found out that Chaos had contacted Support about that side of the problem. It’s being worked on.

What address is displayed in the browser?

It looks like meplicensing.trimble.com

But it should be accounts.trimble.com ?

Both of those. I went to multiple pages

Trimble ecom trimblepaas just allowed my products to show up and be assigned. I think we’re back in business.
