LoadLibrary failed with error 87

HI,
I have just tried to use SketchUp 2017 again and I keep getting an Error box stating LoadLibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect.
I have tried updating my AMD Radeon HD 8550G video card as mentioned in another thread and also uninstalled and reinstalled, right clicking “Run as administrator”.

I’m still not having any luck with it, any ideas as I still want to use SketchUP?
