Live Components Error in 3D Warehouse

When accessing live components from 3D Warehouse I get the following error message when trying to “Configure Live Component” I am running SketchUp Pro 2021 - Any idea what is wrong?

503 ERROR

The request could not be satisfied.


The CloudFront function associated with the CloudFront distribution is invalid or could not run. We can’t connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.

… says that Live Components is up. However Trimble is down at the moment.

Thank you. Could there be any reason that version 2021 is incompatible with “Live Components”?

I cannot remember what the minimum SU version is. The first version allowed configuration only on the 3DW. The next version allowed reconfigure later within SketchUp.

Jack, are you updated to the latest 2021.1.2 release ?
