License problems

I Jumping off a bridge is becoming increasingly attractive at the moment.
I cannot get any help from Sketchup as the contact centre doesn’t actually allow you to contact anyone.

I still can’t access my account and repeated requests for a license to be sent t o my email address go nowhere.

Where Oh Where , Oh where is Sketchup !!±

Have you tried signing out, then closing Sketchup, then opening SketchUp and signing back in again?
