Please help
I have a license for Thrue Paint, the program is installed on two computers. However, when I run Thrue Paint on one computer, I get the message license exceeded. Now the question is, the license is valid for three computers, how can I check on which computers the license has been used and how can I remove that license from the excess computer.

No matter what make sure you have the latest Sketchucation Tools version installed.
Thanks for the answer, but it doesn’t help. Sketchucation Tools by the way. is the latest version 4.4.1. All purchased extensions are installed on two computers. But all extensions from Fredo show that you use them 3 times, while the others show 2x. The worst thing is that there is no releasing option for any Fredo extension
No it’s not. The latest version is 5.0.6. Update to the latest version and then try again.
Because you don’t have the latest version of the tool installed.
Anyway.. updating Tools to 5.0.6 still doesn’t show a release option for True Paint.

I figured out where the third license went. The laptop was in service during the warranty period. They changed the motherboard. Since the plugin was installed on two computers, after replacing the motherboard I had to reinstall the plugin as if it were on a “new” computer. I don’t know if that can be approved.

If you installed the extensions using the Sketchucation Tool and have updated the extension and restarted SketchUp. You should be able to see the same thing I showed in the screenshot. Clicking on thedropdown arrow as I show will allow you to release licenses.

But I still don’t understand. I have the option for a license on three computers.
Computer A – license 1
Computer A after service and motherboard change – license 2
Computer B – license 3
But I get a notification when activating on computer B that 3 licenses have been used up???
It’s telling you that you now have used up the available licenses. If you want to use it on another computer at some point you’ll need to release at least one.
