Somehow one of my middle school students somehow removed the toolbar from her window. I have searched this forum for an answer and there is one with a similar problem but the answer is not complete to solve the issue
It is possible that the student zoomed in on a browser level and that the toolbars are just off screen as a result. Fixing that will depend on the browser. Can you let me know what one you are using?
I tried the zooming in and out which did not fix the problem, We are using Chrome on a Mac mini.
Can you try pressing the command key and the o key at the same time and let me know if that does anything? Sometimes just zooming does not work and you need to try the key shortcut.

I have tried this solution and it didn’t work. That’s why I posted the problem again. That student is no longer in my class so a solution is not necessary at this time.

If you can, please post a screenshot of what you are seeing. We may be able to glean some information from that.
