Layout viewport alignment issue

I keep having viewport alignment issues in layout, i have a viewport with my walls and a viewport with my interior floor plan and when i close layout and open it back up, sometimes, not all times, the planview viewport is offset. this happens to my secions as well.

any ideas?

Have you overridden the scene’s Camera properties in the viewport? It would help us to help you if you could share an example LO file that does this.

I checked and yes! I will reset my camera viewport settings. not sure how this happened, no settings were changed but the reset button is available, telling me something was changed.

Check in LayOut’s Preferences>General to verify that the tick box for Enable SketchUp model editing is unchecked. If that is enabled it’s possible you inadvertently opened the viewport when you meant to double click on a label or dimension or something.
