Lines created by using the Scaled Drawing tool do not have any end or center snap points. LayOut v26.2.242 - MacOS 26.5.1
Is Object Snap turned on or off?

Please update your forum profile. It shows you are using SketchUp 2018 on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.2 with Intel HD Graphics 4000.
Snaps in Layout 2026.2 is extremely buggy.
I have made the developers aware of this.

I see the same issue with Windows in your file although I can’t duplicate it in my own.
FWIW - snaps on rectangles and circles created with Scaled Drawing tool seem to work fine.
My work is affected by this bug too. Not a fan.
