For the first time, I am dimensioning to the center point of windows in Layout. I pick up the center point in the viewport that shows only walls, so the center point of the opening (also the center point of columns). I had not noticed this ability to find the center of the opening in Layout, and so the first time for this workflow. Results in fewer dimensions and so cleaner construction documents.
However, I am getting a lot of “Reconnects” on the dimensions. Has anyone tried the window or column center point and found it problematic?
