When I open layout there is no Welcome page It just goes immediatly to the home page and I can only open existing layout files

What version of SketchUp are you actually using? There’s no Classic license for SketchUp 2026 as you put in your forum profile. What graphics card? Windows 11 is not a graphics card.

Thanks for responding. I’m using the version of layout that downloaded when I updated to Sketch up 2026. See the screen shot below. I tried removing the files and going back to Sketch-up 2025 but that didn’t work either
Below is what loads up immediately when I export a model to Layout from Sketch Up the Create new Document button is grayed out. And the full array of templates doesn’t load. Same thing happens if I just open Layout directly.
I believe its an AMD Radeon Graphics Card
Any thoughts would be most appreciated
So you’ve purchased a subscription, either Pro or Studio. Please correct your profile.
Put that in your forum profile.
That’s what you should see. Click on More templates to see more templates. Pick a template to proceed.
This is what it looks like on my machine when I first open LayOut.
Across the top are recently used templates. Clicking on More templates shows this:
I can choose from a variety of shipped templates or pick one of my own.
Once you’ve created your own templates those will also be shown in this window. And once you’ve created and saved some LayOut files they will be shown under Recent files.
Did you install SKetchUp and LayOut correctly? One Windows that requires right clicking on the downloaded installer and selecting Run as administrator.
