I have to export professional vector dwgs to engineers. I have had an issue with a Layout 25 file that crashes immediately when I hit export (bug splat Crash #46786).
The 5.1mb layout file has been stripped out to essential lines only, and only has one vector view port from model (no text, images, pdfs or other viewports). The 4.7mb SketchUp model has been cleaned out of any complex geometry/materials. I have also copied the model into a fresh file and started a new layout file and reinstalled model.
When I export I only have the following checked: Create DWG/DXF layers and Export as Native DWG/DXF entities. All other options are unchecked including Export for SketchUp.
