Hello–
I have a situation where I can not get Layout to display some of the program windows under the Window menu. The Shape Style, Dimension Style, and Pages windows will toggle on/off and minimize as expected but there seems to be no way to access the SketchUp Model, Layers, or Scrapbook menus. I’m on Mac/Sierra.
Any ideas?

[solved] The Arrange Panels menu item on the Window menu did the trick
