Layout 2017 on mac OS Sierra

I have installed layout 2017 on my mac all works except the scrapbook window will not show, anyone have an answer?

Mine seems to work just fine, except sometimes I will lose a closed window bar somewhere on the desktop, and cannot find it anywhere. I have to close LayOut and re-open to find the window.

About once a week my Scrapbook window disappears, and I have to use the “arrange panels” pulldown to get it back. Not sure why this happens. I am also using Layout 2017 on mac OS Sierra.
