When I add a new layer …
The new layer is visible in all scenes.
Is there an option such that a new layer is not visible in all scenes.
I work with many scenes, usually new layers created are only required to be visible in a small number of scenes. I’d prefer to turn visibility on for a small number of scenes rather than visibility off for a majority of scenes.
I know Revit has this capability.
There are some extensions that will create layers that can be set to hidden in existing scenes. Auto-Invisible Layer is one.
There were other extensions written which allowed you to make new layers only visible in the current scene-tab…

Also offering saving layer states is a huge option for me !! To save, name, edit and assign layer states super.
