When I m typing p for pull or l for line the shortcuts are not working …please help me to solve this
First step would be to go to Window>Preferences>Shortcuts and click on the Reset All.

L = Line
E = Eraser
Spacebar = Select
M = Move
C = Circle
A = Arc
R = Rectangle
P = Push/Pull
F = Offset
Q = Rotate
S = Scale
Shift + Z = Zoom Extents
B = Paint Bucket
O = Orbit
H = Pan
T = Tape Measure
Z = Zoom
K = Back Edges
