Ultimately, the software has to be usable for you! If it’s not, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Believe it or not, there is a 6th email that you should have received from us, pointing you to the My Apps page on SketchUp.com, from which you can launch the app. It’s easy enough to remember the URL (app.sketchup.com), but we agree with the several posters that we can do more to help people bookmark or quickly return to the app. This is on our radar! In any case, we are also looking into why you did not receive this email.

Hey! Just figured this out for myself.
You have to assign your license to yourself - go to Account > Members. You’ll see Active Seats and Remaining Seats. Click on the button to assign the seat to yourself, enter your email, and now you should be able to launch your subscription in Manage Account > My Products.
