I am new to Sketch up and currently working on the Sketch Up Free - web.
Does anybody know if that’s provided with the JHS Power Bar, and wher can I find that?
I would really appreciate if anybody could help me with that

That’s available from SketchUcation using the link below, all you need is a free account to download.
Unfortunately extensions and plugins are not supported at this time so you won’t be able to use it with the web version. You could however download desktop Make 2017 from the link below and use that version if you wish. Which will support extensions and plugins.
FWIW seen as though you are new to SketchUp I would recommend getting to know the basics first before jumping into extensions, unless there is something in particular that you really need of course.
