Hi, i’m currently doing two diffrent sketches in the Sketchup Free Web version. In one of my sketches, the itmes from the wearhouse dosen’t appear on my sketch. I click download but nothing happens. Meanwhile in the other sketch, it works fine. Does anyone know why?

check the size of your model. if it’s tiny or very big, you will have difficulties spotting the 3d warehouse imported model
