I import my sketchup models into Lumion to render. I would like to figure out a way to reassign new materials to materials I already have in the model without going through and painting the entire material the new color. When I import it into Lumion it would be easier to assign a fewer amount of materials. Is this able to be done?
Hi @walesle,
You could use ThomThom’s extension called Material Replacer which will let you replace a material by another by simply clicking on them.
Hope this helps! ![]()
Thanks! Works perfectly!![]()

You can also right click on the material you would like to replace and select “Select All with Same Material”. After the selection, paint it with the material you want.

Hello
Is this an extension that is applicable to Lumion? I have Lumion10 I have never heard of any extensions or never felt the need. But I find it very restrictive not to be able to change one SketchUp material that is applied throughout a big project to another material within Lumion.
Thank you.
